OZONE WASH is
A sustainable way of bleaching a garment by using less water & no chemical during the process.
Ozone generator takes air from atmosphere and transforms it into O3 (ozone) gas. After ozone gas is transferred into tumble machine, garment will be tumbled with ozone gas in complete dry process.
This gives a garment vintage look and save huge amount of water & bleach chemical at the same time.

1. SCOURING
: Cleansing the oil & impurities for better after washed effect
2. GENERATING OZONE GAS & TRANSFERRING INTO TUMBLER
: Ozone generator generates ozone gas and transfers it into tumble machine
3. OZONE BLEACHING
: Bleaching garment with ozone gas instead of bleaching chemical
4. SOAPING & TUMBLE DRYING
: Garment finishing stage for better hand feel & colorfastness
